I decided to see if I was able to complete the 30 plant foods per week challenge, but I can’t just do a thing without adding levels of difficulty. In my list, I’ve included all spices and varieties, but still made sure that excluding those I reached 30.
While I don’t like overanalyzing what I eat, it’s interesting to see what all makes the list. These are basically in order of how I ate them, but some were added at the end when I remembered them.
