- corn, Ranch Style Beans with Jalapeños
- Oatmeal: quick oats, rolled oats, apples, JSS Candy Apple Syrup
NOTES: I’m craving beans. I will try to start incorporating a small amount each day to deal with it; I sometimes do miss just having a whole can as a meal, but at the moment it’s just too many calories all at once. It’s easy enough to just have a few with my other meals though. We will see.
Weight loss seems slow right now. I was mentally prepared for plateaus, but not for how to resolve them. I’m a little frustrated, but I’m not discouraged. I just feel like I’ve arrived at a puzzle and I’m not sure how to solve it. Hopefully I figure it out though. I’ve got a long way to go. I need to look at my log critically and start whacking at things that aren’t helping. There are a few areas to try.
