- Soup: tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, onions, carrots, dark red kidney beans, bell peppers, garlic powder, soup base, paprika, celery seeds, white pepper, Serrano peppers, diced green chiles, safflowers, cumin
NOTES: Today was a cold and drizzly day, but it did not make me crave food like I’m used to. Was that always just an excuse or am I just not hungry today? I also only had half of my oatmeal before I was full. I got a soup prepped for tomorrow and most of the week’s oatmeal done. I’m feeling productive, but I have also felt like I’m holding onto water this weekend, so I worry that my progress will be delayed. It wouldn’t be the first time that has happened; there have been a number of weeks when I seem to have not lost by the numbers, but the following week I’ve almost lost too much. I guess that’s one of the drawbacks of doing my weigh-ins at the same time of day each week. It just is what it is at that time. As long as the numbers trend downward, I am still happy.
