Soup: tomato sauce, bell peppers, carrots, onions, mushrooms, jalapeños, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, soup base
- Happy Belly SF Pink Lemonade
- Oatmeal: oats, pumpkin, Syruvia Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup, Jordan’s Skinny Mixes Peanut Butter Cup Syrup, pumpkin spice
NOTES: While I had been feeling like I was eating too much recently, today I felt absolutely stuffed on very little. The soup was nice as usual, but I’d like it to be slightly thicker. I could add okra. I like okra a lot, but usually just boiled. Cut okra seems to always add woody bits into my soups and I’m not sure if it is always a thing that happens or just bad quality okra.
Burritos: tortillas, fat free refried beans, guacamole, shredded lettuce, diced jalapeños, cabbage slaw

- Pasta: small shells, cream style corn, diced tomatoes, cayenne pepper
- Starbucks Dark Roast Cold Brew Coffee, almond milk, Jordan’s Skinny Mixes Peanut Butter Cup Syrup
- Pitas: mini pitas, hummus, shredded lettuce, cabbage slaw, sliced tomatoes
NOTES: I ate far too much today. I felt so hungry all day, and the bread made overeating so much easier. I cannot handle having tortillas in the house. I just eat them too quickly and they are surprisingly caloric. I would have equally enjoyed wraps made from lettuce, so if I continue having wraps that needs to be the direction I go for now. My goal is weight loss, so I cannot afford to play around. I know what I need to do, so I just need to do that!

NOTES: I’m starting to feel like I’m eating too much. Not sure what is going on, but I am hungrier than normal. I also need to back up and look at how often I am having steamed vegetables with my meals. I think next meal plan will be a return to basics.

- 2 wraps: quinoa salad, tempeh, enoki mushrooms, roasted grapes, shredded lettuce, cabbage slaw
- Oatmeal: oats, pumpkin, Syruvia Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup, Jordan’s Skinny Mixes Peanut Butter Cup Syrup, pumpkin spice
NOTES: The addition of roasted grapes was excellent in today’s wraps. I also ended up adding a little mustard on Justin’s recommendation and it worked really well. I really like enoki mushrooms, but since I have to go to Crape Myrtle Market to get them, I forget about them.

- Taco Bell bean & rice burritos, with vegan cheese sauce
NOTES: We decided to give Taco Bell’s new cheese sauce a try. I thought it was excellent, but Justin didn’t really like it much. As usual, the fast food made me feel a little unwell. I think their food must contain far too much sodium for my liking anymore. It’s cheap and convenient, and I can handle the calories typically, but it still feels increasingly like it is just not worth it. I love the way I feel on a day of vegetables and potatoes. I feel less great on fast food.

- Japanese White sweet potato, russet potato, cauliflower, nutritional yeast, G. Hughes Sugar Free Caribbean Jerk Sauce
- 2 wraps: Smoky Rice, cabbage slaw, shredded lettuce, tortillas
NOTES: Okay, I finally get the fuss about Japanese sweet potatoes. They were so good, I’m immediately switching to those. I could easily eat one of them every day. I don’t know why the market is dominated by the inferior orange sweet potatoes. Is it just me?

- Pita Sandwiches: pita pockets, cabbage slaw, shredded lettuce, spicy hummus, chickpea salad (mashed chickpeas, unMeat Chicken Style Chunks, dill pickles, Walden Farms Sweet & Tangy Chicken Dip, nutritional yeast, dill, garlic powder)
NOTES: The sauerkraut soup was better today. I guess it needed time in the fridge. It had become nicely spicy, which was a nice surprise given the lack of spices in it. I loved the pita sandwiches I had for dinner. I don’t know if it is just having bread or if the mix was just right, but it made me very happy. Because I used bread, I counted out the calories and each sandwich was about 200 calories, which I thought was pretty decent. They were incredibly filling.

- Soup: onions, sauerkraut, broccoli, miso, diced tomatoes, potato flakes, vegetable stock, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, mushroom seasoning, Tabitha Brown Sunshine Seasoning
- Happy Belly SF Pink Lemonade
- 2 wraps: tortillas, Roma tomatoes, shredded lettuce, spicy hummus
NOTES: I’m not sure how I feel about the sauerkraut soup I made. I like it, but it isn’t one I could eat all day. I portioned it out for eating throughout the week; hopefully I will continue enjoying it. The wraps were completely different. They were both simple and perfect. My grandpa ate tomato sandwiches all the time, and the older I get the more I understand it. A little bread & a little tomato is just fantastic.
