NOTES: I spent the better part of the day with a headache.  Lack of sleep I assume.  Very annoying.  I had a lot to celebrate today, but it just wasn’t in me.

NOTES: I had allergy issues today after yesterday’s work, but I’ve generally been feeling fantastic.  I’m still worried about plateaus, but I’m not beating myself up about it either.  We will see tomorrow morning.

  • Oatmeal: oats, pumpkin, Syruvia Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup, Jordan’s Skinny Mixes Peanut Butter Cup Syrup, pumpkin spice

NOTES: While I had been feeling like I was eating too much recently, today I felt absolutely stuffed on very little.  The soup was nice as usual, but I’d like it to be slightly thicker.  I could add okra.  I like okra a lot, but usually just boiled.  Cut okra seems to always add woody bits into my soups and I’m not sure if it is always a thing that happens or just bad quality okra.

NOTES: I ate far too much today.  I felt so hungry all day, and the bread made overeating so much easier.  I cannot handle having tortillas in the house.  I just eat them too quickly and they are surprisingly caloric.  I would have equally enjoyed wraps made from lettuce, so if I continue having wraps that needs to be the direction I go for now.  My goal is weight loss, so I cannot afford to play around.  I know what I need to do, so I just need to do that!

NOTES: I’m starting to feel like I’m eating too much.  Not sure what is going on, but I am hungrier than normal.  I also need to back up and look at how often I am having steamed vegetables with my meals.  I think next meal plan will be a return to basics.

  • 2 wraps: quinoa salad, tempeh, enoki mushrooms, roasted grapes, shredded lettuce, cabbage slaw
  • Oatmeal: oats, pumpkin, Syruvia Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Coffee Syrup, Jordan’s Skinny Mixes Peanut Butter Cup Syrup, pumpkin spice

NOTES: The addition of roasted grapes was excellent in today’s wraps.  I also ended up adding a little mustard on Justin’s recommendation and it worked really well.  I really like enoki mushrooms, but since I have to go to Crape Myrtle Market to get them, I forget about them.
