Daily Log: 12 August 2023

EXERCISE: resistance bands, arms & shoulders.  I need a routine to follow!

FOOD: Calories 1104, Carbs 195g, Fiber 36g, Protein 49g, Fat 14g

  • 6 gherkins & 4 sticks of pickled carrots
  • Rockstar Pure Zero Fruit Punch
  • Fillo’s Walking Tamales–Bean Salsa Verde
  • Minute Maid Zero Sugar Pink Lemonade
  • pasta shells, mushrooms, Gardein Ground Be’f, steamed peas & carrots, Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing
  • GV SF Lemonade

NOTES: My calories are still a little bit low. I’m trying to ramp back up to around 1800 for a few days.  I’ll see how I’m feeling after that. I’m feeling very motivated, but I don’t want to burn out and I know that could happen if I go too long with so few calories.  As usual, I don’t care for carrot mixed in with my food.  I need to skip the carrot or have it on its own.
