Daily Log: 2 September 2023

FOOD:

  • banana
  • GV SF Lemonade
  • hash brown potatoes, MorningStar Farms Incogmeato Chicken Waffle, 2 MorningStar Farms Incogmeato Blueberry Sausage & Pancake on a Stick, Just Egg Scrambled Egg Patty
  • 3 medium russet potatoes, 2 small sweet potatoes, green beans

NOTES: Okay, okay.  It looks like I’m just eating junk food.  I need to outline the weekly plan I made with Justin, but on Saturdays our plan is variable.  We could have just about anything.  We opted for a breakfast-style dinner.  While it includes higher fat items, it’s not part of our usual plan either.  It is a coincidence that it happened the day after my “cheat day.”  The breakfast meal was about 920 calories, so it’s not as bad as it could have been.
